These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and x66666 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the x66666 website, mobile applications and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

x66666 operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform providing services to adult users, including users in Pakistan. Our platform covers sports betting, live casino gaming, responsible gambling guidance and payment information.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand them; (c) you agree to be bound by them; and (d) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on x66666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated agents may not open Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and at any time the Platform requests updated information.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform or from any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you must take personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and your Account must be used solely by you.

Only one Account per person is permitted. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must not use fictitious, borrowed or otherwise inaccurate information.

The Platform operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account showing your name — referenced as familiar identification evidence only, not as endorsement of gambling)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML procedures

KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. The Platform reserves the right to limit Account functionality — including restricting bet placement or deposit amounts — on unverified Accounts. Processing times vary; you are encouraged to submit documents promptly to avoid delays.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes to personal details must be communicated to support and may require re-verification. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as active in the Platform's live cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Payment methods that may be familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as general payment rail context only. The Platform does not represent that any of these providers permit, endorse or support gambling transactions. Users must independently verify the terms of service of their chosen payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds; (c) AML compliance checks; and (d) the Platform's internal processing queue. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The Platform may decline requests to withdraw to a different method without satisfactory explanation.

Transaction fees, daily limits, per-transaction caps and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider, which are separate from any Platform fees.

Where the Platform accepts PKR-denominated transactions, amounts are processed at the exchange rates and limits current at the time of the transaction. The Platform is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or for charges applied by intermediary banks or wallet providers.

All promotions offered by x66666 are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion ("Bonus Terms"). In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked). Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in cumulative qualifying wagers.

While a Bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin stake applies — typically set at a specific PKR amount as stated in the applicable Bonus Terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, at the Platform's discretion.

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, baccarat and roulette may contribute 10% or less; some games may be entirely excluded. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are set out in the Bonus Terms.

Bonuses must be fully wagered within the time period specified in the Bonus Terms (commonly between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue). Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be removed from the Account without notice.

Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" (non-cashable), the bonus principal amount remains in the Account to facilitate wagering but is automatically removed at the point of withdrawal — only real-money winnings derived from the wagering activity are paid out. Where a bonus is "non-sticky," the full balance (bonus plus winnings) may be eligible for withdrawal once wagering requirements are met, subject to maximum cash-out caps.

The Platform monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage betting, placing simultaneous opposing bets on the same event (whether within the Platform or across platforms), and hedging strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profit from Bonus funds. Detection of abuse may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

All bets placed on the x66666 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market or casino game. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion — including but not limited to bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed on events where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, and bets that exceed the Platform's maximum permitted stakes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, connectivity failure or any other event that disrupts game integrity or bet settlement, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User Accounts. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.

Markets are available on a wide range of sporting events including Pakistan cricket (Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, PSL), international cricket (ICC tournaments), football, UFC and others. In-play (live) markets are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets confirmed before a notable in-play event (e.g., a wicket, red card or knockout) but processed by the system after such event may be settled at updated odds, subject to the Platform's in-play rules.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party studios and subject to each studio's own game rules and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. The Platform does not manufacture game outcomes and is not responsible for third-party studio errors. Game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age, or under the higher applicable minimum age
• Registering multiple Accounts (whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity)
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML detection, or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with Platform software
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where you have not taken personal responsibility for assessing legality
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users
• Charging back deposits or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all Account balances and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration per session before an automatic alert or forced break.

This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute or publicly display Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer Platform software; or (d) use Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions or comments you provide to the Platform may be used by us freely and without obligation or compensation.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x66666 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform
• Loss of data, loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages
• Technical outages, connectivity failures or third-party service interruptions
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or software vendors
• Any damage resulting from your failure to comply with applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected
• The Account holder is found to be or suspected of being under the minimum age requirement
• Fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity is detected
• A chargebacks or dispute is raised by the Account holder against a legitimate Platform transaction
• KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe after request
• Compliance with applicable AML, sanctions or other regulatory requirements necessitates Account restriction

Upon termination of an Account for cause, all Bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of identity verification and clearance of any AML holds, unless forfeiture is required by applicable law or regulation.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly. You may be asked to confirm your identity before closure is finalised.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x66666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

x66666 explicitly does not claim to be licensed, regulated or approved under Pakistani law — including by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. The Platform does not represent that access to its Services is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the User to assess the legality of participating in online gambling in their specific location.

x66666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users — for example, through a notification displayed upon next login or via the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact support to close your Account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent update was made.
